The Year End Show is only two months away ... everyone should be working hard!
TO ALL THE DANCERS OF Soul Funktion!

NUTRITION
- Lots of Water (3L / day)
- It is important to replenish the vitamins and minerals and energy that you expel in dance class, eating foods high in minerals and vitamins are going to keep you healthy (like fruits and vegetables). DO NOT FILL UP ON JUNK FOOD! You should be cutting junk food completely out from now until competition. PROTEIN- builds muscles! You need to eat it throughout the day – it can be found in Nuts, Seeds, Soy Products, Meats and Beans.
- Proteins and Complex Carbohydrates (like bread, crackers, rice…etc) take a lot of energy for your body to digest. It is important to try not to eat these things right before dance class as the energy you need to dance will be digesting the food you just ate. If you are really hungry before dance class simple Carbohydrates (like fruits) are a suitable choice J
